Adobe Illustrator Turns 30

Like many of my peers, I’ve had a love/hate relationship with Adobe in recent years. Yes their software is a staple in my toolkit, but as the pricing has gone up, so has my frustration. I’ve Googled terms like “InDesign replacement” countless times. I usually come up empty.

One app that has no obvious replacement is Adobe Illustrator. No other application has the power over bezier curves and graphic maths than Illustrator. And I still do love it.

Well, Illustrator turned 30 this past week, and I came across this video that certainly pulls at the historical heart strings:
