By participating in the Yeti Mug Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you hereby agree to the following official rules and regulations (the "Official Rules"). Failure to adhere to the Official Rules may result in disqualification, exile, banishment, or being forced to watch reruns of My Mother the Car until the end of time.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Giveaway, simply follow the instructions provided by the Giveaway sponsor, which will likely involve doing something easy like leaving a comment, signing up for an email list, or petting a wombat. No payment, donation or wombat-petting is necessary to enter or win, unless specified in the entry instructions.
SPONSOR. The sponsor of the Giveaway is the World Wombat Preservation Society ("WWPS"), not to be confused with the World Wildlife Federation, which tries to preserve distinctly less fuzzy animals.
PRIZE. The prize consists of one (1) Yeti Rambler mug in a color chosen randomly by the wombats at WWPS headquarters. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for anything less cool than a Yeti mug, like a generic gas station coffee mug. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local wombat petting taxes.
ODDS. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are those that conform to the entry requirements outlined in the instructions provided by the Sponsor. Ineligible entries include those submitted by three-toed sloths, entries written in hieroglyphics, and any entries that criticize or belittle wombats.
WINNER SELECTION. The winning entries will be selected at random under the supervision of WWPS's internal auditors. The first 10 eligible entries selected will be notified by carrier wombat within 2-4 months of the Giveaway's closing date. If any of the first 10 entries are submitted by three-toed sloths, new winners will be selected.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and wombat-like in all regards. Void where prohibited by law or good taste. All federal, state and local laws apply. May cause nausea, vomiting or wombat flashbacks.
