Cinch Web Services
Our sister company Cinch was in need of a redesign to launch our new WordPress maintenance plans and pricing, and to better explain our services. Cinch started offering free 30-Minute Fixes with all maintenance plans, needed to revamp the blog and wanted to add a new "how it works" section. Spigot (of course) took on the project. We are happy with the results!
Cinch Project Overview
We were aiming for a simple, clean site that clearly explained our services, showed our personality and one that wasn't overly wordy (or overly sales-y, that's just not who we are).
The site is a custom design built on the Hybrid Core framework, features WooCommerce and a slick custom checkout. The main navigation focuses on our service plans and supportive information, with account login and cart in the header.
The blog uses a couple of different page templates, and categories were used to organize posts into various buckets, such as Cinch services, and general categories from our blog.
Cinch Product Badges & Other Highlights
Along with our new site and service plans, we created a set of custom-illustrated badges to go with each WordPress plan we offer, just for fun. We wanted to instill some brand recognition and stand out among the crowds of WordPress maintenance companies to choose from.
The How It Works page was designed to walk potential customers through how to sign up and what happens from there.
Cinch also launched a new affiliate program, paying 10% per month for every referral for the life of the account.
