The Albano Clinic came to us looking to tell a better story about its stem cell treatments and services. In order to engage its demographic of clientele, it was vital to explain regenerative orthopedic medicine in straightforward, relatable copy that makes prospective patients feel at ease with the Albano Clinic's cutting-edge regenerative treatments.
Albano Clinic Project Overview
The Albano Clinic's old site was disjointed in both message and structure. Outdated and lacking a comprehensive overview of what the clinic actually did for its clients, the site wasn't relatable to the clinic's target demographics. One of Dr. Albano's stated goals for the new site was to ensure that their services were represented accurately to better inform current and future patients about the benefits and limits of stem cell therapy, as well as the science behind regenerative medicine. The new site also needed to highlight the clinic's aesthetic and whole-body services, which weren't on the old site.
We set out to create a robust website that was not only SEO and copy-focused but also visually engaging with strong CTAs throughout. Our extensive SEO research drove both the copy and the overall structure of the site and we built out the main navigation to clearly lay out the various procedures and treatment areas for a cleaner user experience.
To help the Albano Clinic's target demographic feel more at ease with this cutting-edge medicine, we created "The Albano Whole-Body Plan" from the Albano Clinic process to give future patients a general idea of what to expect from the Albano team. We also focused on sourcing the right imagery to mirror the clinic's targeted clientele while correctly depicting Dr. Albano's array of services in a visually consistent way.
SEO-Focused Landing Pages, Clear Navigation & Internal Links
Our SEO research led the way in both our site navigation and content strategies. To capitalize on specific keywords, we broke out targeted treatment areas on individual SEO-driven landing pages. Working off of information from the Albano team and independent research, our copywriter created copy that was informative and approachable while weaving in specific short and long-tailed keywords. This approach resulted in site-wide copy that told a compelling story about the Albano Clinic's services while hitting our SEO goals.
To improve UX/UI, we prioritized the clinic's services when building out the site's main navigation. The Albano Clinic had expanded its services, adding whole body services (hormone therapy, weight loss and sexual health) and aesthetic services – both of which needed to stand alone on the new site. As a larger site with more than 20 pages, it was important to keep internal navigation simple and straightforward.
In addition to all of the carefully curated visual elements, CTAs, content strategy and thoughtful navigation, we employed an internal linking strategy to help keep people interested and on the site. Taken together, we created a website that reflects the quality of services and care the Albano Clinic provides.
