Hi Maile,
Thanks for taking the time to sit down and talk through where things are headed with Stillpoint. It was good working through the process of identifying what exactly you'll need out of this new site.
The current site has worked well, and you still get compliments on it (back pat), but it's time to refresh and refocus on the new virtual-first direction you're taking the practice.
Below is our proposal to rebuild the site in two phases: a focused single-page presence live by June 1st, and a full site ready well before your lease runs out in October.
Project Summary
CHALLENGE
Stillpoint is in the middle of a real shift — less tied to a physical location, available to clients wherever they are, freedom for you to work anywhere. But the current site doesn't reflect that at all. It doesn't communicate that virtual care is on the table, and it doesn't explain the RESOLVE, REBALANCE, THRIVE services. The site is telling an old story.
SOLUTION
A two-phase build that will:
- Get a focused single-page site live by June 1st — real content, virtual-first messaging, and a clear path to book through Jane
- Follow with a full site by mid-August: Home, About, Services, Contact — built around a practice that meets clients where they are
- Make it obvious that working with you doesn't require being local — and make that feel like the point, not an afterthought
- Connect cleanly with Jane for scheduling — no unnecessary complexity
- Bring in fresh photography that fits a virtual-forward practice — less about a treatment room, more about you
OUTCOME
A site that's honest about where Stillpoint is headed — one that opens the door to clients who never would have found an in-person practice, while still feeling like the thoughtful, personal care you've always offered.
INVESTMENT $8,400 paid in three equal monthly installments of $2,800, with Phase 1 live by June 1st and the full site completed by mid-August.
Our Design Approach
Stillpoint sits in an interesting space — the work is clinical and outcomes-oriented, but the experience of it is quiet and personal. The design needs to hold both without tipping too far in either direction. Too polished and it feels corporate; too soft and it loses credibility.
Three things will guide how we approach this:
Lead With Accessibility
The virtual-first shift is a feature, not a footnote. Design and copy will work together to make it immediately clear that geography isn't a barrier — that someone in another state can have the same quality of care as a local client. That message lives at the top, not buried in an FAQ.
Calm and Confident
Your practice attracts people who are done with noise. The site should feel like a breath — clean layout, considered typography, a clean palette that feels grounded rather than generic. Nothing flashy, nothing cluttered. Just enough to make the right person feel like they found the right place.
Built Around the Decision
Everything on the site is in service of one moment: someone deciding to book. The structure, the copy, the photography — all of it should be building enough trust and clarity that hitting that Jane scheduling link feels like the obvious next step, not a leap of faith.
The result: A site that feels like Stillpoint — unhurried, trustworthy, and clear about what it offers and who it's for.
Project Details
Two phases, both treated as complete deliverables. Phase 1 isn't a placeholder — it's a real web presence that does real work from day one.
Phase 1 — Single Page Site (Live by June 1st)
- A single well-designed page that introduces Stillpoint, leads with virtual care availability, and gives visitors a clear path to schedule or reach out
- Includes: practice overview, service summary, contact/inquiry form, and a prominent link to Jane for scheduling
- Fully responsive and mobile-optimized — most visitors will arrive on a phone
- Live on your domain as a proper web presence
Phase 2 — Full Site (Complete by Mid-August)
- Home — Full introductory experience with photography, clear virtual-first positioning, and easy navigation throughout
- About — Your background, philosophy, and approach to care — the stuff that makes people trust you before they've even met you
- Services — Individual sessions and packages explained clearly, with the Thrive program given the space it deserves
- Contact — Inquiry form, Jane scheduling link, and telehealth details
- Additional pages as scope warrants
Strategy and Design
- Design direction built around your preferred green palette and brand references you'll provide at kickoff
- Technical SEO throughout: heading structure, meta tags, alt text, mobile optimization
- Bryan handles all design and development directly — no handoffs, no middlemen
Development
- Built on WordPress with Bricks Builder
- Clean, fast, and easy to manage going forward
- Jane scheduling handled via link or embed — straightforward, no custom API work
Photography
Fresh photography will matter here — especially for a virtual-forward practice where the physical space is less central than the person behind it. We'll need images that reflect you and the feeling of the work. Maile sources and provides photography — professional shoot, existing images, or a mix. We'll nail down exactly what's needed at kickoff.
Photography needed no later than mid-June to keep Phase 2 on track.
Launch
Phase 1 goes live on your domain by June 1st. Phase 2 replaces it seamlessly when ready — same URL, no disruption.
