Greystone Manor & Estate is a 55 acre sanctuary in the foothills of Evergreen Colorado. With almost 26,000 feet of living space it warranted a full fledged website of its own when its owners, Pamela and Richard Bard decided to sell.
The site is full of the rich detail and intimate imagery of the property itself. Slideshow Pro, a Flash based image slideshow utility, is used extensively to show and control each gallery. Slideshow Pro also provides an excellent image control system, Director that allows for multiple users to access and edit images.
With a large number of pages on the site, navigation was designed in a clean hierarchal manner, avoiding massive drop-down menus. Each page is divided up into clear sections, sub-sections and sub-sub sections. Sections and sub-sections are always available no matter where the visitor is currently browsing.
