Branching out
When Gander Mountain bought a small but well established adventure travel company, they had little to no branding to go along with it. They needed everything from a logo to print collateral. While I was with the in-house design team there the task to create the first ever catalog fell to me. This was a great opportunity for me to branch out and show my skills to the team.
The initial design brief called for a completely new look and feel from the existing Gander Mountain brand. The design was intended to appeal to the outdoorsman, and to showcase some of the more popular trips available.
