Shane McConkey 1969 – 2009
I got to meet Shane as a lift op in Crested Butte one year during the U.S. Extreme championships. It wasn’t an extended meeting, but amongst all the ego at those events, he was a great guy. Rest in Peace Shane – you’ll be missed.
